Our Story
- Travel Fee- $75 Travel fee if event location is more than 30 minutes from zip code 30083.
- Event Parking Fees, such as parking garage, parking lots and or valet will be an added to the invoice if parking is not validated.
- Parking instructions for unloading and loading equipment at event venues should be sent 3 days prior to the event.
- We provide two attendants to ensure a successful experience and to help with any questions you may have.
- We require a minimum of 8X10' space and two electrical outlets within 15 ft from the area. For outdoor events, it is imperative that we are provided with a totally dry spot, on a paved surface and protected from wind, cold, heat, and/or direct sunlight. This is to ensure the safety of our equipment and prevent any damage caused by moisture, dampness and direct sunlight. We understand that the weather can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your cooperation in providing a suitable location for our setup.
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your desired date and services. The remaining balance less the deposit will be due THE DAY BEFORE YOUR EVENT
- Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days before your event date, or you will be responsible for paying the full invoiced amount. If something occurs to affect your date, please let us know immediately to discuss options.
- Payment methods: Square Invoice using Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. We do not accept checks
