TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking or participating in services provided by 360 Photo Celebration, you agree to the following terms:

Services

360 Photo Celebration provides 360 photo booth rental services for private, corporate, school, and community events.

Booking & Payment

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date

• The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the event date

• Event dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received

Travel Fee

A $75 travel fee will apply if the event location is more than 30 minutes from ZIP Code 30083.

Parking Fees

Event parking fees, including parking garages, parking lots, or valet services, are the responsibility of the client unless parking is validated. These charges will be added to the final invoice.

Event Host Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

• Adequate space and safe environment

• Reliable power source

• Supervision for youth or minor participants

Guest Conduct

360 Photo Celebration is not responsible for injuries, unsafe behavior, or misuse of equipment by guests.

Equipment Damage and Prop Damage

The client assumes financial responsibility for damage caused by guest negligence, misuse, or unsafe conduct.

Limitation of Liability

360 Photo Celebration is not liable for:

•Power or internet interruption

• Venue restrictions

• Delays beyond our control

• Acts of God or emergencies

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

MEDIA RELEASE & CONTENT USAGE POLICY

By participating in the 360 Photo Booth experience, guests consent to being photographed and recorded.

Usage Rights

Captured media may be used for:

• Event delivery to participants

• Promotional and marketing purposes on our website and social media

Youth & School Events – Parental Consent

For events involving minors, the event organizer or school confirms that parental or guardian consent has been obtained for participation and media capture.

360 Photo Celebration does not independently verify parental consent for school or youth events.

Opt-Out Option

Requests to opt out of promotional usage must be submitted in writing to:

Requests must be made prior to the event or within 24 hours after the event.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit Policy

The $100 deposit is non-refundable and secures your event date.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing

• Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the event date

• Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the event will result in the client being responsible for the full invoice amount

• No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows

Outdoor Setup & Weather Policy

For the safety of our guests, staff, and equipment, the following weather conditions apply to all outdoor events:

Rain & Wind:
If weather conditions include rain or strong winds that create a safety hazard, outdoor backdrops will not be installed, and the 360 booth will not be set up. Operating equipment in these conditions poses a risk of damage and injury.
Extreme Wind Conditions:
In excessively windy conditions, all outdoor setups may be suspended at our discretion to ensure safety.
Extreme Heat:
In cases of extreme heat, a shaded area is required to prevent equipment from overheating. This may include:
- A tent
- A covered patio
- Any location that provides sufficient shade
- Without adequate shade, the setup may be delayed, limited, or canceled for equipment safety.

We appreciate your understanding as these measures are necessary to ensure a safe, high-quality experience for everyone.

Outdoor events may be rescheduled at our discretion due to unsafe weather conditions.
